You can delete your Bông Makeup account yourself, inside the app, at any time. Once deleted, your personal information is removed and you can no longer sign in to that account. If you sign in later with the same email, you get a completely new account.
Note: Deleting an account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Data that is deleted
- Phone number
- Profile photo
- Email address and sign-in links (Google / Apple) — your real email is detached from the account
- Notification device (push token) and personal settings
Data that is kept (anonymized)
So that the salon's operating records (appointments, revenue, completed reviews) stay intact, we keep some business records in anonymized form:
- Your display name is kept with a "(Left)" label so the salon can look up its history — it is no longer linked to your sign-in account.
- Past appointments and shifts still belong to the salon's records, but are no longer tied to the personal information deleted above.
If you are the only owner of the salon, deleting your account also shuts the salon down — unless you transfer ownership to someone else first.
How to delete your account in the app
Open Profile → Edit profile In the app, go to the Profile tab and choose "Edit profile".
Choose "Delete account" Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose "Delete account".
Confirm Type the confirmation phrase exactly, then choose "Delete permanently". The account is deleted immediately.
If you cannot reach the app, you can email support@bongmakeup.com with the subject "Bông Makeup account deletion request", stating your sign-in email; we handle it within 7 working days.
