Welcome to Bông Makeup. By downloading, accessing or using the Bông Makeup app (iOS and Android, referred to below as "the App"), you agree to the terms set out here. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
1. What the service is
Bông Makeup is management software for makeup salons. It supports booking and managing appointments, assigning artists, managing clients, reviewing quality, and reporting revenue. Each salon has its own workspace, with data kept separate from other salons. The App is for salon owners and the staff they invite; it is not for clients making bookings.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with a Google or Apple account, and you need a valid invite code to join a salon.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and sign-in account secure.
- You can delete your account yourself at any time inside the App.
3. Acceptable use
When using the App, you agree NOT to:
- Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- Gain unauthorized access to another salon's or another user's data.
- Interfere with, damage or disrupt the operation of the App.
- Upload content that infringes anyone else's privacy or intellectual property rights.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to the content you create (result photos, client details, notes, and so on). You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you enter, and you confirm that you are entitled to use and store that information — including the salon's client details — under the law that applies to you.
5. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services (hosting and authentication, email delivery, push notifications, Google/Apple sign-in). Your use of those services may also be subject to each provider's own terms.
6. Intellectual property
The brand, logo, interface, and source code of the App belong to Bongmakeup. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from them without written permission.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". We work to keep it running reliably, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the App.
8. Ending use
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. When something important changes, we will notify you in the App or by email. The last updated date is always shown at the top of this page.
